All efforts are taken to ensure content and information on this site are correct. However if any information is not up to date or correct, we take no responsibility or liability.

In using this site you agree not to install or create malicious software, offensive comments or spam, or to copy, distribute or reproduce content from this site without written permission from Azur Pure Skincare.

Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Payments can be made through PayPal, or by credit or debit card. International orders may incur a foreign currency charge via your bank.

Shipping

Azur Pure Skincare offers free shipping on all domestic orders within Australia over $100.00. Orders below $100 are $5 flat rate for shipping. Express shipping is $12.

International shipping rates are $35 AUD flat rate and we ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, and the United States (US) South Africa, China, South Korea and Taiwan. We are working on shipping options to other destinations. Please email us to see if we can help you with your order if you live outside our shipping areas or if you’re interested in wholesale.

All orders will be processed within 48 business hours, and delivered by carbon neutral delivery using Australia post or other courier services depending on the order and location. Azur does not take responsibility for problems with Australia Post or couriers, including delays due to Covid 19.

Delivery

Please enter your address carefully. If you make an error in your address details please contact us as soon as possible, so we can use the correct details if the order has not already been sent. If it has already been sent, a return to sender fee of $20 will be charged.

Azur Pure Skincare will not be held liable for loss or damages due unattended packages being left at your delivery address, please leave notes on your order as to where to leave your package if necessary, or whether to take it to the post office. 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Returns of empty bottles and jars are free of charge as long as you are sending four or more empty containers, as part of our closed loop system to keep packaging waste out of our oceans. See how refills and returns work.

Refunds are available for faulty or broken items, or when the wrong item is sent as long as you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products. We will replace incorrect products with the correct item. Alternatively we can offer a refund. Please note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We will also refund the cost of your shipping up to the value of $12.00. We recommend a tracked delivery service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods. Please note that Azur Pure Skincare requires photographic evidence of breakage within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and returns are not available for change of mind due to hygiene. 

Allergen Caution

While Azur Pure Skincare products are made from pure natural and gentle ingredients, allergies and reactions can still occur in rare cases. Some Azur Pure Skincare products contain nut oils or traces of nuts. If you suffer from allergies, we do not recommend using Azur products. Essential oils can cause irritation in some people. Some essential oils and ingredients are not recommended during pregnancy. We recommend consulting your doctor before using our products if you are pregnant. Please read the instructions carefully. We recommend patch testing our products before use. Azur Pure Skincare will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to our products.  

Product Storage and Variation

Natural products can vary in colour and appearance with different batches, and natural colours may fade over time with exposure to light. To keep your products at their best, keep them below 25 celsius temperature, away from sunlight. Natural balms can melt in high temperatures as the butters turn to oils, but will return to their solid state when cooled again. Product packaging may vary over time and between product types.

Liability

Many Azur Pure Skincare products are packaged in glass, which can break and can cause injury when broken. Please take care in storing and handling the bottles and jars. Azur Pure Skincare will not be held liable for any damage caused to your property, person or  belongings sustained through the use of Azur Pure Skincare products. Azur Pure Skincare provides usage instructions, safety warnings & care instructions for our products. Please read carefully before use. 

Competitions

Competitions and contests with prizes of Azur products, vouchers or value amounts are at the discretion of the company. All prizes must be claimed within 12 months of winning.
