$5 flat rate shipping for orders below $100.
$12 Express Shipping.
International shipping $35 AUD flat rate
We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland, United Kingdom (UK), Canada, United States (US), South Africa, China, South Korea and Taiwan.
We are working on shipping options to other destinations. Please email us to see if we can help you with your order if you live outside our shipping areas or if you’re interested in wholesale.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 48 business hours, and delivered by carbon neutral delivery using Australia post or Sendle, depending on the order and location. Delivery usually takes between 1-5 business days, but can sometimes take 7 days or longer. Look out for an email confirming your delivery to track your order.
Please enter your address carefully. If you make an error in your address details please contact us as soon as possible, so we can use the correct details if the order has not already been sent. If it has already been sent, a return to sender fee of $20 will be charged.
Azur Pure Skincare will not be held liable for loss or damages due to unattended packages being left at your delivery address, please leave notes when you order as to where to leave your package if necessary, or whether to take it to the post office if you are not home. Azur does not take responsibility for delays or problems with Australia Post or other couriers, including delays due to Covid 19.
Bottle return service
Returns of empty bottles and jars are free of charge as long as you are sending four or more empty containers, as part of our closed loop system to keep packaging waste out of our oceans. See how refills and returns work.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
It’s extremely rare that we have any issues with our products, but if you do have a problem please let us know asap on [email protected]. Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty, incorrect or broken items within 7 days of receiving your products. Refunds and returns are not available for change of mind, as skincare products cannot be sold again once they have been sent out to a customer. If for some reason you need to return a product, please contact us on [email protected] to arrange postage.
